To request conferences, lectures or workshops to schools, government agencies, social entities and general public, or to coordinate visits to Puerto Rico Seismic Network facilities, please follow the following steps or fill out this form:
1. Write a letter with the following information:
- Entity, school or institution name
- Telephone/ Fax
- Number of persons (school - educative level)
- Applicant's Information
- Applicant's Telephone
- Address
- Email
- Three tentavite dates (obligatory)
- Time (available time)
2. Send the letter to:

Costs:
Free to government agencies and non profit organizations.
Private entities must process a payment of $ 50.00 per hour, including travel time.
Lectures will be offered in the Seismic Network on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 12:00 a.m..
We will not accept a group that hadn't send a letter. Request by telephone is not considered as official until we receive the letter.
Exceptional cases must be examined with anticipated time and is subject to availability of staff and students.
